Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect

I haven't used the app "live" yet, but my experience with the set up has been pretty great: Customer support is friendly and can do a lot of customization for you!
The reason I didn't give full stars is that I feel it is excessive to need customer support's help for even some simple customizations like removing the lock image or the "powered by" footer, etc. It would be great if simple things like that can be done without needing customer support. Otherwise, so far despite some problems in the app's default set-up, the customer service was able to fix things for me so great app!
