I would like to highly commend Stuart from OMNI for his exceptional support since I transitioned our membership rewards to OMNI. Recently, a customer encountered an issue where their previous spent amount was lost after an update. Stuart promptly worked with the engineers to create a manually adjustable tier, allowing me to compensate the customer fairly. His dedication and problem-solving skills are truly impressive.
