BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell

I've only just installed the app but so far, it's working exactly as expected with a few extras that I am delighted by both the ease of use as well as the incredibly responsive tech support. Anne was on the line (even after hours!) and helped me with everything - from removing the brandmark to customizing the text for the free gift in the checkout.
