The support team is absolutely outstanding. We're on a vintage, non-OS 2.0 theme, and when we hit a snag with the product page widget, the team jumped on it right away — raised a ticket and had their tech team manually integrate it into our theme. Everything works perfectly now, and they stayed on top of it the whole way through.
The app itself is great and easy to use, but the support is what truly sets BOGOS apart. If you're on an older or customized theme, these are the people you want in your corner. Highly recommend!

I have a lot of free-gift-with-purchase promos throughout the year, but Shopify's native capabilities require customers to add the freebie to cart before trying the code. Every promo we would invariably get questions on why they didn't get it added to their cart, do taxes apply to the threshold, etc. It resulted in abandoned carts and a poor user experience, so I went looking for alternatives that would auto-populate the gift once the threshold was met.
When I first downloaded BOGOS, I was frustrated by how much needed to be customized to end up looking like I had imagined in my mind. That was, until I found out that the support is unparalleled, even over the weekend! They got me set up in just a few days and implemented every one of my very detailed customization requests.
And since then, whenever I've had a customization request, the support has continued to be excellent. Today, Naomi helped me resolve a display issue in 10 minutes.
If you're looking for a highly customizable app that allows you to boost AOV, BOGOS is the GOAT.

We use this app almost every week and it works great for our needs. Occasionally we run into a hiccup, but their support team is consistently knowledgeable and responsive. Junie and the team were excellent when I contacted them for support. They even customised the features on the support chat while I waited and had all the answers as we worked through the feature adjustments. We switched to BOGOS to handle our promotions and set up a multi-item free gift offer and a checkout upsell on our first day. Both are running well and the core functionality does what we needed.
Support is the standout. Evelyn helped with two separate questions and was quick and clear on both. When I asked about something the app couldn't do, she told me straight and gave me a workaround instead of leaving me guessing. That saved a lot of time.
Worth knowing going in: customization has some gaps. We ran into limits on how offer text can be tailored and on how a single offer can be structured, which meant reworking our setup a couple of times. Not dealbreakers for us, but plan around them. We passed along feedback and the team was receptive.
The app is very interesting for marketing operations, offering numerous possibilities that will suit most stores. I’m taking off one star because a few details aren’t customisable, but overall, I highly recommend it. A big thank you to Julie from the support team for her help.
Highly recommend the app. Super easy to work with and contains two options for logics to adapt to your needs in terms of how products are added to cart. Any issues are easily and quickly solved in chat. Thanks to the entire team so far, Delwyn, Naomi, Austin, Anne.

I honestly can’t thank MINA enough, shes been AMAZING!
I needed a very specific free gift offer for my wax melt business: customers spend £65+ and choose 6 free tubs, but I needed each free gift limited to 1 per scent, no + button abuse, and no discount codes stacking on top of the offer.
After having a really stressful experience with another app, I was worried this wouldn’t be possible, but the BOGOS support team were absolutely brilliant. They listened properly, understood exactly what I needed, and helped me get the offer working correctly.
They removed the quantity issue, made sure customers can’t increase free gifts, and helped make sure discount codes don’t work when free gifts are in the basket.
The support was patient, clear and genuinely helpful. I was so stressed before speaking to them, and now the offer works exactly how I wanted it to.
Highly recommend this app, especially if you need proper support with a custom free gift setup. Thank you so much!
