David was incredibly helpful and accommodating, able to customize the app any way we needed on our site. A small learning curve but the team are very happy to explain anything you need. The deal works well and having it run on the cart page is great.

This app is the best tool for BOGO, it is the most user friendly and straight forward out of all the available apps. I ran into a little trouble with my cart that i could not solve, I sent an enquiry with a reply with in 2 mins and problem solved with in 20 mins with the most amazing customer service. Highly recommend! This will be my go to apps for all my projects moving forward.

David was incredible! He was super helpful and knowledgeable and fixed my issue on the spot. I was having trouble setting up a GWP with 2 gifts and he took over and made all the corrections right away so it worked just how we wanted. He also sent screenshots of what he did with explanations so I can execute myself next time. This is not the first time I needed help and they have consistently taken great care of us. They are super professional and have great follow through.

Super simple app, very easy to use and set up offers quickly. Have not had any major issues with other site functionalities. Top quality service with a gift app that WORKS! Cannot say enough good things about these app developers and this product. David and Ellie were exceptional in getting us set up correctly form the start and were super quick to get their team iron out a few teething issues (in minutes). Shout out to David, Louis, and Anne for their quick response! The team is super fast and helpful and the APP itself does exactly what it should without problems! I've installed multiple different FREE Gifts BOGO APP and they all have some kind of issues (slow APP response, bug, slowing down my home page dramatically). This one does the job well and the interface to use the APP is also very simple and straightforward! I would 100% recommend :D

A great team!
After installing the application on my store and putting the offer on my site I had numerous display problems because my theme was not common and did not display the gift icons etc... Fortunately I had almost instant support from them with firstly a customer support team who listened and understood my problems. Then the support team passed on my problems to their developers, who solved them all within a day! Many thanks to them! I highly recommend their application!

I've been testing it for a few weeks now. It works well and offers variety of options. The team is quick to respond to individual issues you may encounter and they adapt it to your needs. It has a great option to track the total amount a customer spends in the store and offers them a free gift after they reach a preset limit.
All in all it does what is says, so worth the money.
