I used this app for months and support is great. They are super responsive and helpful on live chat, even jumping in to help me on a Sunday when they do not technically work. However, we experienced quite a few bugs so I would recommend that you test your funnel fully when deploying this app, and keep testing it as things can break. If you're using Passport International Shipping, this app will not work well with it because their cloned product variant has non-Latin characters which Passport Shipping's software does not recognize. We did not realize that international customers who had the free gift in cart were not able to check out for months, and try not to think about how much sales we've lost due to this issue. The last straw came over Labor Day weekend when the free gift randomly stopped adding to cart even though we had plenty of gifts in-stock. Orders were sent out without the gift for eligible orders and we'll likely have to re-send the free gift on our own dime again. I share these experiences not to disparage the app makers (because their support really is fantastic), but to help merchants so that they learn from our experience. If you install this app, you need to consistently stay on top of your checkout process and ensure it works smoothly. Ultimately, we had to uninstall because there were too many problems, but hopefully it works better for you and support is always there to help. If I can't find a less buggy app, I'll be back. Thanks for all your support.

The support from these guys is awesome. I had one minor question and they were on top of it really fast, and helped get my offer set up correctly. I have used this app several times (I create a lot of ecommerce sites) and they have always been so easy to work with and the app works exactly as I need it to. Highly recommend using this app for promo deals!

App has a nice set of features. You will most likely have to engage their support to finish installation as it does require you to modify code in multiple liquid files yourself. Their support is very friendly, helpful, and fast, so if you’re okay granting collaboration access you should be in good hands. They make a backup of your theme code before modifying it and provide instructions to restore if anything goes wrong. Some of the descriptions in the app’s settings took us a bit to decipher. I think it’s a translation issue. Would like more options to modify the customer facing parts of the app without having to dive into the CSS in the theme. Overall so far so good.

We have a pretty custom checkout drawer so I was worried this app wouldn't work properly, but it was exactly what we needed! We wanted a cart threshold to be hit and then an auto-free gift to be added, and the app was able to set that up perfectly. I had some minor tweaks that I needed for the cart language so I reached out to Mina from Support who helped me pass on the message to their dev team Alex who solved it within 30 minutes. A great experience overall!

The app on first hand does seem not too aesthetically pleasing nor matching to our theme (Palo Alto 2.0). However, the support team was very helpful and made sure to customize the app to our aesthetic needs.
They were indeed also very helpful in setting up our gift offers correctly to ensure it works as intended. A future wish from our side for the last star, is to have a more user friendly platform to customize the pop ups. I am aware it can be done with coding, however it would be very helpful to have a preview screen on the same page (or pop up preview window) to see how it will look like when you customize it. The ideal solution would be a platform to customize your pop-ups without coding needed from the customers side, where you have customization options to play with. This will make it more approachable and preferable for various shops with certain aesthetic needs.

The app is not only amazing but the team is unbelievable. I wanted a few things that I wasn’t able to achieve with the standard integration they had. After getting in touch with them via the live chat they asked me what I was looking to achieve and went straight to work. After several revisions due to my OCD they had my offer exactly how I envisioned it. Great support! Their team work is really good. Despite of time differences, somebody was always there to chat with me and helped me. They solved the issue I had quickly and explained it to me the way I could understand. Even tho there is some things that I wish I could do with this app (I wanted to change the free gift item title so that it's clear to customers that it's free gift), I am comfortable to keep using this app and very satisfied with their customer service.
