We are very sorry to see you experienced such an issue with our app! After checking your store, we found out you had our Filters on collections feature manually installed via theme files. In this case, if you'd like to stop using Searchanise and get back to your default collections, you need to manually remove the Searchanise code from your theme files. Otherwise, there might be issues with the collection page display which is what happened in your case.
