Due to the bulky nature of many of our items the size of packaging varies greatly from order to order. We needed dynamic shipping cost calculation and Intuitive Shipping was able to meet all of our needs. This solved a huge pain point in our operation.
Setting up the system for our business took some time to get right but the team at Intuitive were helping us every step of the way. Navigating and understanding the program can be complex and unintuitive at times, but Intuitive's customer service team have a very quick response time and are efficient at solving problems.
