This app used to work really well until recently that we've been getting a lot of inaccurate data. Now we need to double check everything which is becoming a problem.

I recently joined as Head of Product and empathize with your frustrations.
We've recently been investing in the performance and accuracy of the platform, we have more to do for sure, but know progress is being made.
