If you are not using this service to sync up your different selling channels, you are doing it the hard way. Very intuitive to set up, their YouTube how-tos are excellent.
Whilst I was playing around, Alayna from tech support dropped in and asked if she could be of assistance. At first, I thought it must have been an AI bot. But no, Alayna was a real person, and she went through my eBay set up and found a couple of errors I had made and answered a query I had about a setting.
It is hands down the best service I have had with anyone online for a long time. I wish more platforms did this. What a difference it has made to my experience and the frustrations I did not need to go through just by the simple act of asking if I was okay and if I needed any help.
