An excellent reviews collection app with a rich set of features! Almost everything you need is already available, making it one of the best in its category. The user interface is smooth, intuitive, and well-designed. Their customer support is outstanding—quick, responsive, and always helpful.
One small addition that would make this app perfect is an in-app option to export reviews. Currently, they provide CSV exports manually via email, which works well, but having it built-in would be even better. Overall, a fantastic app with top-notch support!
