Has a setting that refunds edited orders by default, automatically enabled. App in no way lets you know that it will be refunding orders by default. Support was no help as far as cancelling the refund we did not approve. Potentially massive problem, we are currently at the mercy of our customer being willing to pay a second time after receiving everything already.
We're sorry that the default behavior of the app didn't work out for you. While it's been a successful default behavior of our app for nearly 10 years, but we understand your frustration that you didn't feel adequately informed about it. Unfortunately, Shopify doesn't allow refunds to be voided or reversed no matter how soon after the refund is issued. If we could have done such a thing, we absolutely would have.
