EJ went out of his way to assist us with our technical concerns and recommended the relevant solutions from Nova especially as we are still learning about the app. He also shared key points based on his observation on how we can enhance the look and features of our website.
2. The set up too was relatively easy compared to other apps we considered that needed additional extensions before integrating into Shopify.
