I had an issue with the lock app and reached out to their support team. They initially estimated it might take 24 hours to resolve, but they managed to fix it in just 12 hours! The team even got on a Teams call with me to better understand the problem. Their dedication and timely resolution were impressive. Highly recommend this app for its excellent customer service and efficiency!
