I cannot express how much money this app has cost us! It often switches off - as it did during BFCM because we needed to select the plan that was part of the app again for some reason! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We’re very sorry for the trouble this caused your store, especially during BFCM. An update we deployed unexpectedly caused a few stores to appear unsubscribed even though the subscription was active. We understand how disruptive it was and we take full responsibility.
The issue has since been resolved, and we’re closely monitoring affected stores. We’re also conducting a full post-mortem to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
