My customers did not receive any email to leave review after purchasing my products. This was never resolved.

I'm Andrew again from the Doran team.
I am really sad to see your review. We have just migrated our email provider to another (We made a public announcement to all users in mid-March 2025), I have seen a lot of positive feedback from customers after doing this.
We have also given a solution, but did not see a positive response from you.
Could you please take a moment and review this? Let's continue with the email.
