I would ignore the other one-star reviews. We have used this app for just under a year now, and it has been great. Support has been effective in answering questions and clarifying features and use cases.

There is a ton of valuable information provided by the SEON tool to qualify orders, and this information would have otherwise been inaccessible. This tool gives us the confidence to move forward with orders, further verify customers, or outright cancel orders in an industry where fraud is common.
