Most important, this app works flawlessly for a variety of shipping scenarios and modes - flat rate, carrier rate, multi-pack etc. Very cool. Second, the support from the IS team is really exceptional! In the 3 years we've used IS, we've needed help configuring new features, they're right on it, and have always delivered - pretty awesome app!!!
