Navidium Shipping Protection

Was great while it worked, however, our checkout stopped working about 3 weeks into using it which one of our staff noticed after hours due to a slew of customer support requests. It has since been over 8 days with Navidium "looking into it", and still no sign of it being fixed.

I will modify this review in the event it is ever fixed, but had our staff member not noticed we would have lost almost tens of thousands of dollars.
