Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards

We are an omnichannel retailer who needed a loyalty program that would provide meaningful customer engagement online while offering simplicity and ease of use in Shopify POS. TOKI has surpassed our expectations in both regards.
What we love:
-the integration with Apple and Google wallets out of the box
-the flexibility with program rewards which support 1:1 dollar matching, or points for rewards, or both
-the depth of reward options available in the shopifyPOS app
-the astounding speed at which support requests are reviewed, responded to, and resolved.

What took some time to get comfortable with:
-the nomenclature and controls. this is a very, very flexible/customizable platform, and with that comes complexity and a learning curve

that's it really.

We are only 30 days post launch, but i feel we have encountered a full set of use cases that give me confidence in this partnership going forward.
