First of all the customer care and service is excellent. Full set up support. The actual features are always being expanded. What’s app comms for our customers is brilliant and the ability to sell extra to our customers is excellent. So much better than email and NOT EXPENSIVE. Very easy to use. Highly recommend to all e-commerce brands. Auto replies to maintain engagement have also enhanced this service. 10/10
