Mechanic

Mechanic is such a thoughtful app. It finally solved a small but super annoying issue we’d had for years—our shipping insurance (a digital item) wasn’t auto-fulfilling properly. I’d even reached out to the insurance provider, UPS Capital, but they were completely useless at helping us fix it.

It didn’t mess with our day-to-day operations, but it always bugged me. I’d tried every workaround I could think of and nothing worked... until Mechanic. It fixed the issue immediately.

Also, the team behind the app is incredible. Real humans who are kind, responsive, and clearly want to help your business succeed. That kind of support is rare. I'm looking forward to finding many more ways Mechanic will help us optimize our backend operations. Highly recommend.
