The app has been easy to navigate from set-up to use. I ran into a problem with my shipping charges not showing on my order bumps and post purchase upsells and Ash and the team were able to go through my Shopify set-up and find the 'needle in the haystack' as to why - I had not clicked one box...once I checked the box - everything worked like a charm. Thank you OCU!
