We've been using the app for nearly a year, and overall it's been a great experience. It's relatively easy to set up, and the customer service team is extremely helpful and responsive. The app does an excellent job with both pre-purchase and post-purchase upsells.
In the future, I’d love to see a bit more flexibility with AI-generated offers, but overall, I believe this is the best app out there if you're looking to build effective pre- and post-purchase funnels.
