After a few teething problems, EAS has gone above and beyond to help ensure my EU orders are processed easily and has been available to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend them.

We apologise for the delay in our support response. Over the past two weeks, we've experienced an unusually high volume of new registrations, which has unfortunately impacted our usual response times. We're actively onboarding new team members to ensure we can get back to providing the fast and helpful support you, and all our users deserve.
