This app worked very well for us until we switched from Liquid theme store to Hydrogen (React + remix) tech stack. They say they "support Hydrogen," but it's been a total nightmare to work with their very poor documentation and their customer support team has zero knowledge on how to integrate with Hydrogen, so it's been tons of "waiting for the tech team" on different time zones for about a month now with no avail. We also have to do the strangest hack in our product catalog with duplicated products that don't sync inventory, which really is a huge manually tracked mess that is prone to error. It's been so frustrating that we are instead exploring building our own Buy X Get Y app that will auto-add the Y product to the user's cart. We highly recommend staying away from this app if you're built on Hydrogen.

We should have offered an 1-on-1 call upfront to walk your team through the setup and bridge the timezone gap - that’s on us.
But I would like to clarify that we do integrate with Headless/Hydrogen. Our public documentation is designed for headless in all tech stacks and covers both headless and third-party integrations, which may have made it harder for your devs to isolate the headless-only path. To address that, we had been already developing a seamless headless-specific solution since July and now it's completely done.
