We were very satisfied with Chargeflow during the first year of using their service. Unfortunately, in recent months the quality of service has declined significantly.
We had a negotiated price of $29 for alerts, yet we were charged $39 and the request for a refund was refused. Additionally, the Alerts feature does not perform as advertised. Instead of the claimed 90% effectiveness, our actual results were closer to 50%.
Regarding chargeback management, the 25% fee they take on recovered chargebacks is among the highest in the market. Several competitors now offer comparable or better results at a much lower cost.
Based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend the app in its current state.
