Billed me $200 and couldn't even get them to reply to my emails after the first charge. Beware of broken promises

We’ve carefully reviewed our records but couldn’t locate any previous communication or billing history under the store name “Newt,” or the domain newtnutrition.com / newtnutrition.myshopify.com, or the email address support@newtnutrition.com.

Based on Shopify’s records, the app was first installed on June 17, 2025, the same day the review was posted, and we haven’t found any charges associated with this account so far.
