Returbo: Returns & Exchanges

Returbo has given us a smooth option for handling exchanges, which saves time & effort for both us and the customer.

The customers have quickly adapted to filling in the digital return form -it’s very user-friendly - we have not gotten any questions or misunderstanding from customers about how to fill in the form!

Returbo has also made it easier to keep track of the returns when all info-; tracking number, order number, reasons for return etc. are collected in one place.

Being able to immediately show the sizes & colors available for exchanges and offering store credit as an option are also huge plusses.
