It says FREE up to 50 orders, but you cannot do anything without starting to pay.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the frustration.
Our free plan gives customers access to all features, albeit for a small volume of orders, plus, if you choose, you can trial the paid options for free for 14 days too.
