This is a really good app, we use it to gather extra data on selected groups of products, add optional extras and offer a 'build your own box' for cupcakes.
Its highly customisable and the range of options is great.
Support is excellent too, we've had a few glitches when we update our website theme version and the support team respond really quickly and always figure out a fix.
We've also asked them to help us get some of the options to appear in customer confirmation emails and they've done this too.
All round good app for allowing product and cart custom options. Backed up by very good support and response times.

It allows you to design the mobile layout separately from desktop, so you can adjust or hide sections that don’t work well on smaller screens.
