The for is great but I don't get any notifications when customers contact me, I saw that I already lost two businesses. A great form without creating communivcation isn't really helpful. I cannot find any setting to enable email notifications either.
We regret to hear that you missed two business opportunities. Our form sends an email to the administrator's email address set in the form upon user submission.
You can open the form editing page, go to Settings, expand the Email to Admin section, and modify the administrator's email address. After making the changes, you can click the Send a test email button to verify whether your email can receive messages properly.
