I’ve been using Pify Form Builder for some time now and couldn’t be happier. The app is very easy to use and offers lots of flexible options for creating and implementing forms exactly how you need them.
What really sets Pify apart, though, is their support. The app is not stable and data disapears everytime, the support is slow to answer.
And the worse thing is that when they fixed something, another is broke now !
Over all it serves its purpose BUT I wish the edit options were more user friendly and there were more options.

So far this app is working just as needed. It's customizable and we really like that. Missing 1 star due to the fact that you have to pay to print submissions.

We tested numerous form creation apps, and Pify is by far the best. It offers numerous configuration options that other apps don't offer. Above all, it offers the ability to format almost any field with rich text. It also integrates products with sum functions excellently. Minor remaining issues were resolved immediately by support. Overall, a highly recommended app at a very reasonable price.
