Over all it serves its purpose BUT I wish the edit options were more user friendly and there were more options.
The Pify Form Builder app is super easy to use and integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store. It’s intuitive, user-friendly, and their support team is quick and helpful.
I need a custom form design for returns and the team went above and beyond to intergrade my thoughts into the design. They are always willing to help with anything that you ask of them. I would not hesitate to recommend this app to anyone needing a custom form for there store.

The app is not stable and data disapears everytime, the support is slow to answer.
And the worse thing is that when they fixed something, another is broke now !

So far this app is working just as needed. It's customizable and we really like that. Missing 1 star due to the fact that you have to pay to print submissions.

Easy to set up, gives you multiple options, good services. Recommended
We tested numerous form creation apps, and Pify is by far the best. It offers numerous configuration options that other apps don't offer. Above all, it offers the ability to format almost any field with rich text. It also integrates products with sum functions excellently. Minor remaining issues were resolved immediately by support. Overall, a highly recommended app at a very reasonable price.
