This app is very useless. There is a big problem on their app since last 7 days which they are not able to resolve. Their app automatically disconnects your connected WhatsApp number repeatedly due to which the customer does not get the order notification and shipping update and when you talk to their WhatsApp chat support, they say that everything is fine from their side. Their help support team is not able to solve the problem.

To fix this permanently, we’ve upgraded to the Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API—eliminating , random disconnects, and delivery drops entirely. We’ve also revamped our support team.
