Customer service was excellent ... solved all my "issues" effectively and efficiently ... just be aware that you sometimes have to wait a while for an rep to respond when you start a chat ... and when that happens, you have to monitor the chat because it might time out before the rep appears, just refresh, but if you are patient, you WILL get a rep and my experiences with the reps is nothing but 5 stars.
