Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards

I have been using Toki for a different client since May 2025 and have found it to exceed my expectations. The capabilities of the app are very impressive and pretty much everything is customisable which is awesome. The best thing about the app is the incredible customer service, they really go above and beyond to help you get everything set up (as getting set up with any loyalty app can be a big task). Be aware that they are a small team based in Canada so you may not get instant responses however this has never impacted us in a bad way and I really value the help from Jason.

Overall our customers have also responded really well to the program and we are very happy, would definetly recommend and I’m excited to see these guys really take off.
