We were initially happy with this app, but unfortunately it has now become a headache. It disconnects frequently, sometimes every few days, which affects our workflow.
The support team has not been helpful. Responses often take 2–3 days, and the only solution we get is “please reconnect,” which does not resolve the actual issue. Tags are not applied properly, and our WhatsApp number has been temporarily blocked three times due to these problems.
As a brand, this has caused us significant loss and inconvenience. While the app may be affordable, the service and quality are very poor.
We would strongly suggest improving support and system reliability, even if it means increasing the pricing.
At this point, we are planning to move to an alternative solution.
