Cozy Image Gallery

Images has been down for 4 days. They said it would take 24hrs to fix it....4 days ago! Now they won't reply to my emails. I rely heavily on images in my business and this is catastrophic. I spent HOURS using this app for my website and now I guess I have to start over. It was a great app, but if it doesn't work and there's no customer service, why use it? If they get it fixed soon (or even reply), I will happily change this review.
