Worked great for years. Suddenly no image galleries are visible, except on one computer where security certificates were set to always trust. Doesn't work on any other computer or smartphone, using several different browsers. Firefox gives security errors. App embed is on. Tried to contact customer support but the support page is broke and won't send messages. So, starting to look at other solutions built into the theme rather than a 3rd party app that kills us. Tried latest versions of Showtime and Pinnacle themes. Oddly the video galleries from dame developer still work, for now.

Introduced SSL certificate issue showing shop as "unsafe" to customers.
Did not fix in several days, which should be a simple certificate extension.
Did not proactively inform customers.
Finally switched to a different working app.

No response to service outage for more than 5 days. Moving on to a different app due to lack of communication.

Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Used to be fine but crashed for all users and haven't responded to any customer support. If they haven't gone out of business, they should. Gave them two weeks to get this fixed and eventually moved to a better replacement (Robin Pro I think it's called.. hope that can help someone else in the same situation). This is the first time I've ever had an app just stop working when it was live with no explanation. After years of paying. Shopify needs to take this app and all of this companies apps down immediately.

App went down without warning throwing an SSL cert error. This type of error can be simply fixed by paying for the correct cert and licensing. Instead, the app was down without warning, no offer for refunding, and the author recommended to me in email to find another app to use for the time being and that they don't feel like it's coming back online anytime soon. Please de-list this app. This is going to cause me over 100 man hours to fix, and my site is dead until I find the time to reb uild the 100+ affected pages. horrible.

Cannot access the app for days. All my project photos are trapped inside. Support isn't responding to multiple contact attempts. Even their demo site is broken.

This appears to be a widespread technical failure affecting all users. Cannot recommend until fixed.

Avoid this app - look for reliable alternatives.

Had to install after years of good use for same SSL certificate issues everyone else had. Couldn't reach support.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

The app stopped working, I uninstalled it for my website more than a month ago and I am still being billed monthly!!
I requested a cancellation link or instructions for unsubscribing from their billing system and got no response.
Shopify customer service cannot help either because is a third party app.
