It took me a long time of seeing these guys before finally giving it a shot. The insights in a short amount of time have been instrumental in changing the way we interact with our customers. FWIW, my account manager is Kori, and I can't speak to the others, but if you onboard with them, I would absolutely request working with Kori. She is fast to respond, fast to offer a call/schedule, and knows what matters to operators along with having a deep understanding of the platform.
