Trustpilot Reviews

We worked with Trustpilot for years, but the experience turned into a nightmare.

Out of nowhere, our account was locked without a clear reason or explanation, being threatened the if we did not remove any Trustpilot branding, we could expect bad reviews to be added to our company profile. (We have NO Trustpilot references nor images of any sort on our website).

Instead of support, we received threats.

No company should treat long-term paying customers this way. Their tactics feel less like a service provider and more like intimidation. We are relieved to finally cut ties and will never deal with Trustpilot again.

If you value transparency, respect, and professionalism, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
