The support is good, therfore the 2 stars, but the app doesn’t work properly. When you use it, you might can’t manage without help from support. I had major issues with incorrect translations online, and when I tried to change them, the changes wouldn’t save - app got stuck. The navigation within the app to manually fix incorrect translations also takes a long time and involves a lot of scrolling. It’s even more frustrating when you finally find the section, make the change—but then it doesn’t save.
To be fair, I need the translations in Dutch, but the app struggles to make smart choices or maintain consistency (for example, it translated the same button text three different ways).
