Seel Worry‑Free Purchase

Taking our review down 2 stars. While we love the idea of their Make It Returnable service, the Seel support is severely lacking. We have messaged multiple times following up on an active support ticket and no response in days.
Also, customers are reporting glitches in their verification process and that it is extremely laborious submitting for returns to execute the coverage they have paid for. It is reflecting negatively on our business. Not sure how much longer we can use this system if it doesn't improve. We hope that it does!
