**DO NOT USE THIS APP/SERVICE**

They use counterfeit postage and USPS will seize your shipment.

EDIT: We have attempted multiple times to contact their support team, but they are completely useless and can't fix the issues.

Please rest assured that Tapstitch does not use counterfeit postage. The “postage assessment” or “held awaiting payment” tracking notice is a known USPS system issue that has temporarily affected some international and domestic shipments. No additional payment is required, and all affected parcels are being processed and released by USPS as normal.

We truly value your feedback and are working closely with our logistics partners to prevent similar tracking irregularities in the future. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
