Installed this app again just to review them. Glad we got away from Trustpilot.

For the last week I've been dealing with Trustpilot, I can attest to the reviews I'm seeing of a massive amount of 1-star reviews due to review extortion.
Never going with Trustpilot again.

Zero communication except "do what we want or we'll sue you for breaking our 'brand guidelines'". No one even said what those guidelines were or even how we broke them. Just take them down or else.

Their app didn't even work very well. Basic for the price we were paying.
