I've only been using this app for about a week and I love how much insight and control it gives you. I've asked a couple of questions to the team and got really good and in depth replies. I can see myself a long term customer especially with how cheap it is.
I would rate this app a solid 5 start but I got to deduct one because of their tactic to influence reviews. On the app they have a 1 to 5 start review button, if you select 5 star it sends you to the Shopify app store page so you can fill an official review. On the other hand if you select less than 5 stars on the app they send you to their own contact form instead in an attempt to divert any non 5 star review away from the official app store. If you ask me that's a bit dishonest since its done to mislead potential customers by influencing reviews.
I'm more than happy to change my review to 5 star if they change that practice.
