I asked for help from support, waited two days and then they said they were closing my case because they didn't hear from me. I can't seem to get help. I am currently being overcharged and they don't seem to want to fix that, either.

We are here to help please contact us by email support@amai.com or via chat in the app. Shopify handle billing and it’s not possible to be overcharged, especially as you have only had the app 4 days and it’s a 14 day free trial, but if you contact us we’ll look into this and resolve it for you.
