Urgency+ | All‑in‑one FOMO App

I asked for help from support, waited two days and then they said they were closing my case because they didn't hear from me. I can't seem to get help. I am currently being overcharged and they don't seem to want to fix that, either.

Love this app, it is great for driving urgency during promotions. The support team is very helpful too, and fast turnaround with communication/providing solutions!

Dated and the widgets are not responsive as one would expect. Ran into multiple issues that force you to use support such as pop up notifications did not show at all no matter how many changes I made to options and code. Secondly the tables for product countdown timer are not responsive and extremely oversized making it really bad on a site. Tried it for 1 hour and now deleting. Not worth it at all.

Nope. Worked well for a year when I was on a legacy shopify theme, but does not integrate properly with newer 2.0 themes in Shopify (currently using Dawn). Every time I launched a new bar, I ran into trouble and had to contact support. They could only fix IN the theme (on the backend) - it took 2-3 days to get a fix (by then our sale was over). Wash. Rinse Repeat for a few weeks. Time to move on - support is too slow to respond, I shouldn't need back-end support to launch every timer or widget anyway - it justn't isn't up to snuff if you're using a newer theme

The best timer an online store can have. Pus it's FREE!!! A MUST HAVE!

I went from operating the free version to being charged monthly. I did not make any changes only have ONE store and ONE timer. The chat representative was not helpful whatsoever. I was told three times that I "must have upgraded by accident" and there was nothing they could do. REALLY? Wow - No, I have not changed anything and now will find a new app. Thanks!!
