CAUTION! I just noticed my Etsy channel was disconnected, for the second time. Last time, I thought maybe it was something I did. This time, I know it wasn't me. Inventory counts are now screwed up, again.
Description sync is turned OFF but just discovered the app is still syncing my shopify descriptions, overriding my app settings. There is particular wording that would cause account suspensions on third party sites so this one is HUGE!
There is no live help anymore, everything switched to AI support. I am in the middle of a critical crisis and nothing I can do except disconnect the app which will result in even more work if I do.
Very upsetting to not for one, get any notification that my channel was disconnected (hope to learn the cause soon) and who knows how long the descriptions have been syncing as well.
Could be any minute now that my third party sites I've built up over the last 18 years will be suspended FOREVER and there is zero support at LitCommerce and I'm not at fault. Very upset!
I'm changing my 5 star rating to only 1 because of these issues which have both happened twice now!
I've been using LitCommerce since October 2025.
