Qikify Contact Form Builder

Our store was running into too many issues with another forms app, so we migrated over to Qikify Form Builder. The app is easy to use, functions as it should, and gets the job done. Being able to designate a unique email address for a specific form is particularly useful. Customer service was also very supportive and responsive.

However, the app would be perfect if it allowed for email subject line customization & changing the sender’s email (or at least allowing the sender name to show up as Store Name instead of Qikify in your inbox).
